Tmrw is the big day!

I'm excited very much. I'm not really scared or nervous, but maybe that will change. God has just given me a peace about the whole situation. This whole last week I've been on a liquid diet, and I kept thinking about the foods I can't have now that I will later, ie donuts fries etc etc...But I had to change that. I know due to my addiction there is no more fries, donuts, fastfood. I don't want to waste this opportunity. So everytime I begin to crave something bad, I immediatly change into craving a grilled chicken salad or something healthy. Retrain your brain lol Its taking time and effort. I believe this week has taught me to respect food. There is purpose for food its not for comfort or to medicate anxiety. I'm really believing that its finally clicked for me. I couldn't fast one day before this but I've gone 7 without something to eat. So I may not post tmrw, but for sure tuesday. I hope you all get out of your journey what I've gotten out of mine, and I've just walked the first mile. Here's to small waistlines, healthy habits, and a new life!
