Anyone else out there with pre weight of 190's?

Hi, I am scheduled to have my procedure Jan. 11. I don't have much weight to loose, wanted to know if there was anyone else out there like me that after several attempts of weight loss using diet pills and other fad diets before finally resorting to weight lose procedure.

I was 199 on my day if surgery so I too had/have much less to lose than some people

I had done WW, NutriSystem, LA Weight Loss, and prescribed phentermine. Lost 30 lbs on WW but gained most of it back

I can relate to what you're doing :). I'm 13 days post surgery and down almost 10lbs for a total of 21lbs since starting the WLS process in September

Good Luck with your journey!

Jules
