Do u have an iPad or iPhone? There is a really nice app I used for a while. Called "calorie count" you can even scan bar codes to bring up food. Keep track of exercise and meet people.

And congrats on pre op. I started my liquid diet pre op a week ago. One more day then it is surgery day for me! If you want to chat send me a message :)

Congrats to you as well! My surgery is on 12/12. How discipline were you on the liquid diet. Today was my first day, it was a little hard. lol I had 2 shakes and a taco salad.
