Any Kansas City Sleevers?

My brother is considering this surgery and he lives in Kansas City. His insurance is looking at this and not sure if they will approve because it's relatively new. Does anyone have any experience having this done in KS and with insurance?

    Dr. Fearing at Malley surgical did mine. That entire office is wonderful. My insurance paid all except my deductible and the hospital they use takes payments for the deductible.
