Trick To Flavor Shakes

Buy vanilla protein shake powder and buy plenty of varieties of sugar free jello and sugar free pudding. It takes about a teaspoon of powder to flavor ur shake. Instant coffee and butterscotch make a cool coffee for am. Shake! A quick way to break up high protein monotenous shakes.

    I've done that and I have 14 various flavors of SD coffee Syrups that I am so enjoying!! Every morning my shake is a variable with instant decaf coffee..I LOVE IT! I start my pre-op eating in 2 days, so I have been playing around.

    I added vanilla extract to my shakes. I also have strawberry extract. It helps a LOT.
