  1. So glad I came across this post! I keep having dreams my stomach is stretched out and that I wont lose anymore weight. i am 6 wks out and quickly get reminded as soon as i eat that my stomach is not stretched. I have only lost 34lbs. But will be happier when i can see the surgery worked and not be fearing failure . So glad i am not the only one!
  2. Thank ya'll so much!

  4. I continue telling myself, this is mental. But I am soooo hungry, I would not be in fear to eat Anything at this point. But of course, will not risk deviating from phase 1 due to staples etc. Anyone else starving or is this exactly why I am obese!!!
  5. Thanks for putting liguid vit info on here. Was going to buy some tomorrow.
  6. I just got out of hospital- 12-12-12 was my day! While I was there got great info. When vomiting or not tolerating meals back it up. Go back to liguid phase 30ml med cup in an hour sipping. Do this for phase 1 if tolerated go to phase 2. Nurse told me she still does it to this day- her surgery09. Go bk to beginning on eating.

  21. Buy vanilla protein shake powder and buy plenty of varieties of sugar free jello and sugar free pudding. It takes about a teaspoon of powder to flavor ur shake. Instant coffee and butterscotch make a cool coffee for am. Shake! A quick way to break up high protein monotenous shakes.
