I Am Over The Shakes Only Part Of This :-(

OMG I would just about kill for anything actually savory. I want fish, I want eggs, I want a hot dog, I want almost anything that is not a frickin frackin protein shake.

One thing you might try is making some lobster bisque. Mix high protein tomato soup with lobster bouillon and you have a hot and savory treat for the liquids phase. It was so good to have this in between the shakes.

I believe that BA sells the tomato soup with 15 g of protein. You should be able to find something like the on mybariatricpantry.com.
