Chewy Vitamin Question

I just had my nut class and she mentioned what vitamins we can take. She gave us a list of 4 brands and what to buy. My question to her was do we have to take those exact vitamins for the rest of our lives or in 6 months to a year post op csn we go back to what we used to take before surgery? She didn't really answer my question other than saying we sleeves need to take vitamins forever...

So my question for you all... How long do we use for example the Bariatric advantage vitamins?

I bought these today and I actually look forward to taking them. It's 4 a day and they taste kind of like a starburst with a candy type coating on the outside. I got them at Walmart and paid about $7.50 for them.
