Anyone Get Sick On Their Clear Liquid Days

I am supposed to have surgery Saturday in Mexico. I started my clear liquids only yesterday. Last night A bad headache started and then I became really nausea and have thrown up twice since 2:30 am. Just curious if anyone else has gotten sick or if maybe I have caught something.

    When I started mine the same exact thing happen to me but when I started drinking my protein slower it really helped because I was forcing it down before
