Full On 1/2 A Tony Ferguson Shake?

Crazy full like I've eaten myself into a food coma!! I did put the benefibre in as we'll buy that shouldn't matter right? Jut thought I'd ask I this is normal, I can drink about 100ml I think, same with up&go's too, had my surgery 5 days ago so I'm on the liquid diet :-)
