I found a great app for my iPhone called "shopwell". It's great for the grocery store you can scan bar codes and it will tell you if what your buying is best for you plus gives you even better options below by brand.

I also found a website for bariatric recipes called

Chefdave.org has recipes there also. And the bonus part about it is that he had the surgery and understands what we are going through and gives you healthy choices. Hope this helps.
