I'm 2 weeks out and still not able to go back everybody. Heals diffrent I hope u are able to do well

I was back at work after one week...and traveled across country that day to give a seminar. I was exhausted, tired and spent.

Know you will figure this out. How exciting. A new job and a new you.

Went back to work 5 days later- full time. Had no problems.

I am a counselor of sorts, so I dont do anything but sit and talk. :)

I was pretty tuckered out after work for the first week but nothing bad.... my recovery was pretty easy.

I also made sure I had clothing that was non-irritant. I wore only dresses for the first week- no waist bands! Also make sure that you can sip, sip, sip the whole time at work!

Mother in law went back 4 days later, I went back a week later, but half days only.

I took 4 weeks off, however, I am a firefighter/paramedic and my job is very physically demanding so I wanted to play it safe. I felt it would be putting my crew,my patients and myself at risk by going back too early.

I also took the time so I could buildup strength and stamina. I'm walking between 4-7 miles a day but still unable to do core exercises. I was sleeved on 9/18 and go back to work 10/19!

Best wishes for a successful journey!

You got this!
