Lost A Bunch The First Week And Nothing The 2Nd Week! Help...

Can anyone advise? I lost 15 lbs the first week after my surgery and have not lost a pound since. I am at 2.5 weeks out. When I started soft foods, I gained 3 lbs immediately, then lost that 3 lbs this past week, but have not gone down again in weight. Is this normal, semi-normal, unusual? Any insight is helpful! Thanks.

I just started soft foods two days ago and the scales not budging. I have a feeling if I dont tweak somethings I too will not be losing weight. Have you followed the eating plan exactly how your surgeon suggested as for as serving sizes and foods allowed? If so, are you weighing your food on a scale? Also are you tracking your food on myfitnesspal or some other calorie tracker that gives a daily total of the calories consumed and protein? Sorry for all the questions. Just hoping to learn from your experience. I haven't been weighing food just eye balling and I sometimes miss a day tracking what I eat, especially when I snack that day :/

I'm having the same issue! Getting kind of worried. But my friend that had the sleeve said she started losing a good amount 2 months after surgery. I guess everyone loses differently.

I lost a majority of my weight in the 1st 2 months, averaging between 2-4 lbs a day. I was also walking quite a bit and I think that helped. During the 3rd mon I have been hit by stall after stall. However, I am a man with a plan to ramp up the exercise! I have lost about 100 lb so far so it is time to kick my BMR in the rear and tell it to get moving.
