I Have A Surgery Date But No Approval From My Health Insurance Help!

I have my surgery date but I haven't even seen my nutritionist because they haven't hired one in my hospital and now my surgeon is leaving to open his own clinic! Do diff surgeon and I'm visiting one in my primary doctors clinic. Does any one have fidelis?
