I take the Celebrate bariatric

I use bariatric advantage. Pre-surgery I love both chocolate / caramel. But now I can only tolerate caramel a little.

Is that online? I'm waiting for some samples from a Bariatric place online. I don't shop a lot online but may need to make an exception to get my powders and Vitamins.

I don't think those are Citrate, are they? I looked at them; the Kirkland brand, right?

Walmart sells the Viactive ones I take..carmel..and are DELICIOUS!!

Thanks! I look this brand up and its the correct kind of calcium. :-)

My doctor recommended one Caltrate chewable for calcium once a day and two Flinstone chewables once a day. I started the day I was discharged and have stuck to his recommendation. I do not take anything else.

Citracal gummies are good !!! I just chew til they are melted !!
