Still Unsure? Keep Reading The Forum And Follow Blogs

If you are on the fence whether or not this is right for you, then i strongly encourage you to read as much as you can on this forum and then pick one or two or three blogs and follow them. I signed up for the forum exactly one year ago today and it has been my lifeline. A month after reading the blog I had the surgery and now 11 months later, today in fact, I have reached my goal weight after losing 82 lbs! I am 58 years old and now in great health. No more high cholesterol, no more HBP, no bad knees or feet and perfect lab work.

It was because of this forum and a blog I found that I was encouraged to have the surgery and write my own Sunday blog www.queenofcrop.com/about

It's been the best year of my life.

What are you waiting for?
