I'm going for the 6 month NUT appointment today. I know they are going to say I need more calories. I still average between 700-800 a day.

It will be interesting to see how different the advise will be between the NUT and the Surgeon. I know they are not in the same page so it's hard to know who to follow.

My Surgeon said ... Don't worry about calories. Just get 60 grams if Protein in and then stop eating.

Sorry to say that in the past I rarely got my strips to dark purple even when doing 20 carbs it less. Maybe it because I have PCOS. My strips would register a light shade of pink.

Art- perfect!!! So excite for you. Keep doing it and that stubborn weight will move. Some if us are very carb sensitive. Low carbing is the only way we loose. My NUT told me to keep my calories low. I told her I eat between 700-800 a day and she said that was great. No need to increase. I keep my carbs low and calories low and I loose at least a pound a week. I hit 149 yesterday!!!!!

I go don't know what's going on for me!!! I saw 153 about 3 weeks ago and since then not only has the scale not move butbitbhas gone up!!! That 153 was after going out of a 3/4 week stall and having to go back to the basics which was just liquids grrrrr. I'm doing that again but I don't know. I work out. Cardio and weights about 5 says a week. Also I have developed a serious itch over almost my whole body(breast abdomen area back of thigh near buttocks under arms etc) am I the only one who has encountered this?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
