Hello y'all! I had my Gastric sleeve done a year and 1 month ago. For the past two months,

After my miscarriage I've noticed my body and health has changed drastically. Ive been extremely dizzy and lightheaded. Is this normal? I've never had dizzy spells so this isnt normal for me.

I had my miscarriage July 9th: according to my lmp I was 8 weeks into the pregnancy but according to doctors my sac was 4 weeks and 2 days with no fetal pole. I havent had my period yet...it's 31 days late.... I'm so annoyed about that. From time to time, I think I'm pregnant and kinda snap of it. But after that incident, my body isn't the same. What has ur experiences been like? Wow 7 that's crazy...sorry for those loses..have u been able to

Conceive yet?

honey you need to see your gyno tomorrow or get a new one. you may need a dnc if you have not naturally passed the baby by now. it can be a life threatening condition to you.

id also request a blood test. your Iron is probably low and you are likely very anemic which makes you tired. (by the way my sleeve complications are requiring a lot of drugs so i sometimes run my words tohether here. please forgive my poor grammer. im not theidiot i appear).

make sure an untrasound is done to ensure the baby is gone before you go further, but if it is, as you expect, i think you need to get the dnc so your bidy dies not experience septic shcok etc. this could ruin your ability to conceive again in the furture, but mostly im worried about your life.

as to me, i had one shocking pregnancy naturallt at 42. dh and i were stunned to say the least. we then went to ART and on to IVF. i got pregnant five times, two were twins, but just couldnt hold them. the toll all of that takes on your body is horrific, including sixty lbs being half arsed preggers all the time lol.

we chose to end the heartbreak and just focus our joy on our one boy :).

let me know what your docs say. im worried for you

dawn

Thank u for being concerned...I went to my Gyno and they said that I passed it naturally and my hcg were back down to 0. I really don't eat much and don't religiously take my Vitamins. I live of sunflower seeds...yes I know that's horrible. But after my scare today, I told myself I would begin eating healthy as of tomorrow. :-/

id get some blood work done and check your Iron level. miscarriages are natoriously hard on them. yes eat better and keep potassium and Iron in mind, but iron is going to likely need to be suplimented to bring you back up. this, wis have an amazing effect on your energy levels.

btw, my one way of dealing with the loss of all my babies is to get very clinical talking about the situation so if i didnt say it, please understand i am sorry for your loss!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
