Where Do You Shop? Specifically: Online.

I'm a big online shopper. The FedEx and UPS delivery people are my buds. Amazon is my second home. So, I need to find places to buy Protein powders and shakes online, preferably with good discounts, free shipping promos, etc. I have seen some Syntrax powders for sale on Amazon and with free shipping too. I know you can buy unjury directly from their website, but where else do you purchase your shakes/powder online? Any suggestions for other places to look?

:)

If you can afford to make a larger purchase I highly recomend Bariatric Choice the more you spend the bigger the discount. Up to 20% off their prices which are already pretty good

I price shopped on several items and vitacost.com seems to offer the best bargains. Plus there's free shipping over a certain dollar amount ($50?).

For Protein bars and shakes try mybariatricpantry.com. The have great flavors on shake powders ( Peanut Butter cookie, banana cream pie, strawberry cake, and great chocolate cake from Protizyme and Matrix). They also have fruit juice flavors from nectar. I also especially like the sample packs from mybariatricpantry.fom. I have tried a few which helped me determine which items I liked the most.

For supplements, I use e-Vitamins and Amazon subscribe and save. I got a great buy one get two free on liquid Vitamins from E-vitamins a few weeks ago. They also offer a great Calcium powder which can be sprinkled on food or mixed in any liquid of your choice.

vitacost.com is free shipping over $49. They are by far the cheapest on so many things.

I use Sytrax Matrix Protein powder. It's the lowest calorie and only 2 carbs for 25 grams of Protein. comes in all sorts of flavors. They also make the nectar products. vitacost sells them all.

I get all my protein powders and bars there, and all my Vitamins and supplements.

If you send me a PM , I can get you $10 off your first order.

:) they have a lot of good yummy choices that are packed with Protein. I'd stay away from the Protein sweets though ( slippery

slope)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
