Anyone Have That "rock Passing Thru My Intestines" Feeling

I'm almost 7 mo out and have lost 53. About 20 to go. I get this feeling sometimes I think it depends on what and how much I have eaten. When I'm actually eating I'm ok feels fine not overfull or painful but an hour or two or three later it's like I can feel the food going thru my intestines like a lump. It's not terrible or painful just uncomfortable and a weird feeling. It usually passes in a few hours. I notice it most with drier meats like jerky. Or today I had chicken and dumplings. Of course I ate mostly meat and a few dumplings. But it was very moist meat. Just wondering if anyone else gets this weird feeling.
