Anyone Have Blue Cross Blue Shield In Ohio And Have Recently Been Approved?

I am in the beginning stages of trying to get the sleeve, my insurance company said bariatric surgery is covered but they had never heard of the sleeve! I want this so bad I'm now very nervous I won't be approved and will go through all these appointments for nothing! Anyone have bcbs in Ohio?
