This Saturday a few of us are going to meet for the first time at the Bean Counter Cafe south of Blue Springs, Mo. This cafe is in the Lead Bank building on the east side of highway 7. Anyone, spouses too, is invited for coffee or whatever at 9:30am in the back room.

I know a couple people are coming, so would love to know if anyone else can come.

They do have hot, iced or frappe Big Train Protein Drink. 16 oz. has 20 g of Protein, 130 cals, 25 carbs, 5 Fiber. Choc, vanilla or strawberry.
