I don't see anything wrong with that!!! Do you shop at Costco?? Well, they are for you anyway!!

I totally will try that!!! There is nothing wrong with it, so don't feel ashamed!

If you paid for the membership, those are yours for the taking! ;)

OMG I can't wait to do that post-op!!!

My BFF is a skinny-mini and she goes to Sams Club on the weekend and has her "free lunch" while she shops. I have always laughed at her not understanding how anyone could get full doing that but I think I will join her some weekend after I've been sleeved - LOL!

LOVE it! :)

I used to do the same at Albertsons. They had the best crab dip. What I wouldn't give for one of those Chicken in a Biscuit crackers with crab dip right now.

You made my day...way too funny! Lol

What a super idea! Love it

Lmao...the whole foods by my job always gives free samples and I always do that, and to top it off I leave full. That's my updated version of a fast food buffet. L

What a great idea! Can't wait to try it out down the line... I'm four days out after my surgery, so I'll be patient... :0)

I just did that yesterday! I tried some hummus, applesauce, a very healthy 21 grain bread square, a piece of hamburger, and a small spoonful of pineapple sorbet...then I was full! I did a quick add of calories on My Fitness Pal, and that was that! I thought it was a pretty sweet deal!

I love it!!! I avoid it now because I haven't had the surgery yet. But I want to try it once I have the surgery and can eat food.
