Does Anyone Have Empire Bc/bs Ny? How Long For Approval?

My doctor submitted everything today and I checked with the insurance company and they received it. It's pending. How long did it take for approval with others that have the same insurance. I already have a surgery date and I can't wait to find out if I'm approved!
