newgrandma, not sure how you handle first 2 days.

today is day one on my liquid and it start with terrible headache which was gone after 2 pills of Tylenol. And it ending with Nausea and feeling like my Vitamins stuck in my throat.

In the evening I was so angry at everyone that all my kids went to bed at 8:00 pm. :) usually they go to bed at 8:50. But I am in the bad mood. as soon as I see food I feel I will puke.

and I need to feed my kids and husband. and suppose to cook all weekend for guest coming to our house.

I tried RTD Isopure alpine flavor and it is not good :)

well i am now on a 2 wk liquid diet.< p>justine he was not satisfied with the weight loss he wants me to lose more grrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry- I didn't see this. This thread is getting too big to keep up on. How's the liquid phase going? Just think- in less than two weeks you will be a sleever! I don't have to do liquid until 48 hours before. I'm getting nervous now. What time is your surgery? I'm at 9. :-/

Hi Justine. (been wanting to say hi to you for a while, Justine is my daughters name!) have you known for a while you only have to do 48 hours or was this prescribed because you lost what was requested? I so hope I don't have to do two weeks liquid.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
