I did a long bike trudge yesterday. It was a great sunshiny day. Felt good to get out and hit the pavement. What did you all do?

My goal is to be in ONEDERLAND for Christmas. I think that is a reasonable goal for me!

DH wants to lose weight... he is getting tired of all the guys checking me out. I am not sure what he weighs... maybe 340? He wants to be 280, so I am going to have to help him to get there. I am having MAJOR gym withdrawals! I still am having bronchitis issues, so no gym until I am well. Coughing fits like you wouldn't believe.

Congrats on making it to "Two-terville" Amy!!! Can't wait to see updated pics. You are doing so well!!!

By my 1 year bandiversary (november) I will be at my final weight. It may niot be the goal I originally intended, but I think that number was too low anyway, so, by XMAS I am at goal!

BTW, this weeken, Saturday was shopping for new duds, and Sunday, I relaxed and made sauce. If anyone out there is Italian, they understand that this is a whole day process! :)

Good Morning Tricia!

Trying to wake up? Cup o' coffee sounds good! YUMMY!!!

I am sipping on my Water now tho... Nothing has ever felt so great as a French vanilla Cappucino on this sore throat of mine... Don't even want to know how bad that was for me :0)

Saturday we went out eat to see the local aquarium and then we walked around a few of the east end wineries. Sunday I laid about the house like a walrus stuffed with fish.

I have a bad back, Rhuematoid Arthritis and Gout and the weather combined with the walking really just left my in agony. I can't wait to lose some of this bulk and become more mobile. I see the changes already now and i'm not even at 50lbs. Imagine once i've lost an entire "Paul".

Hey guys and gals.. just a reminder, we are in "Ignore Mode" right? No matter what ya see, or how much ya wanna comment or defend me. Please don't. Trust me, at this point it's best to keep on like we have been. Focus on why we're here and the rest will take care of its self.

I love you guys! *hugs everyone*

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
