My Dr says only Clear Liquids the day before. Stated it. Depends on your weight before surgery.

You can do it!!! Im finishing up my last 3 days of the all liquid diet(2weeks).The first 3-4 days are the hardest and afterward it does get easier.I just try to stay away from temptation at all costs.lol. I only weigh myself once a week bt my first 7 days I lost almost 13lbs. That has motivated me for this last week. I also try to keep myself busy so I dont think about food. Keep your eyes on the prize and you'll make it!!Goodluck
