As long as its not too acidic for you. I didn't do too well with tomato products till a little further out. One soup I really liked early out was Anderson's Split Pea. Other brands of split pea soup bothered me. Anderson's is pretty high in Protein for a soup too. It has 9 ot 10 grams of protein per cup.
