Well today is the big day. I'm getting my sleeve @11:00 this morning. I'm a little nervous but excited. I'm having irrational thoughts like being the only one this doesn't work for, losing too much weight and looking sick, missing being able to gorge on food, and the finality of it all. I've been getting a lot of "you're not big enough for that surgery" and "You don't need that". I've been second guessing myself the past couple of days but I'm going thru with it this morning. Wish me luck and thanks for all the support these past few months.

You just wrote exactly what I am thinking Chell! We are sleeve twins at 11am....waiting to be called back and thinking the same stuff....no second thoughts, chin up......I have already felt the thrill of thinner face, hands, feet from preop diet....and I like it! Where are you having surgery? I am in NC.
