Hard to believe that just a few months ago, we were looking forward to the surgery and now it is in the past! I had my surgery on July 10. I am down 55 by my stats and 75 by my doc's. I am getting my life!

Today is 5 months Post-Op. I am down 100 and basically at my oak weight. I just ate a lot if Protein and kept he calories around 1000. I never really had a stall. Now I am ramping up o 1500 calories to maintain.

CW 217 nov 28 2012

GW 160 2 180 by my one year post op but really by Feb. Or March. U wat to.be atleast 187 thats will be 100 since surgery so im.ballin out to lose this weight proto.... wish me luck

Went to da Dr. Today nd apparently I must be at a stall cuz im still 217 in order to reach my x mas goal I have to still lost 10 plds.. im so.upset do anyone have something I can do to lose da 10 plds n 13days tears

Update peeps...

Started at 254 day of sugery.as of today i am 162..its been long and crazy ride trying to figure out what to eat since im always on the go..i have to get down to 140 per the dr.so i got a couple more pounds to do.hope everyones doing good!

Thats amazing I m still 207pld been since around xmas this is crazy nd painful to not see the.scalr movin at all but I startes back at the gym. Im goin tomorrow nd wednesday then break for v day then back friday so imma go four times a week. I have to be 198 by the 25 so.. about to do my 25 cruches push up and sit ups ttyl... I really hopes this start workin again cuz dis stall is crazziii...uuggghhh

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
      Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

      Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
