I'm Sleeved!

Hi all! I went in for my surgery on Monday April 9th. I came home today. I feel fantastic!! Happy to report I've not one issue. No nausea, been drinking a good amount of water and broth. The incisions (5) are very sore. But I can handle that. Lots of gurgling going on in there. But so far so good!!! Best of luck to my fellow April sleevers!!!

Yaaay! I am glad to hear someone having no issues, I was the same! Best of luck to you!

Never any issues here either and congratulation on your successful surgery. Take it a day at a time. I can not even remember when I was a few days post op......I am now 4 months and it is just a memory.

Wonderful!! So glad you are feeling good!! My surgery is in 5 days and I am hoping to breeze through just like you!!! :)

All the best!

Congratulations! Hope I will breeze through as well! Keep us informed on how you are doing. :)

Great...a new beginining...

Congrats! You've taken the first step to a new you!

Yay jdhenin! I was sleeved on 4/9 too and so far so good. Same as you, just gurgling and soreness to deal with, have only taken one half dose of liquid Tylenol, really haven't had enough pain to justify nasty liquid medicine (whoever thought up "pleasant cherry flavor" should be poked with a sharp stick, but I digress). Glad to hear others are doing well too! Congrats!
