3 Months Post Op - Slowed Weight Loss

Hi,

I'm 3 months post op and have lost a total of 60 pounds, (9 were from the 1 week pre-op liquid diet). I'm wondering if its normal that my weightloss has slowed down so much. I lost about 50 pounds in the first 2 months and have only lost 10 pounds in the last month. I am worried that it will continue to slow. My start weight was 340 and i'm at 280 now, which is great, but i'm worried it'll continue to slow down and I will not continue to lose. I'm starting to recognize between hunger and head hunger and am trying to make healthier choices, but sometimes I stumble. I struggle with recognizing when I'm full and not feeling guilty if anything is left on my plate. Will this get easier? I don't want to stretch my sleeve and am worried I am eating more than I should. Right now, I can eat about 1 egg with about 3/4 piece of toast for Breakfast, about 1 cup of salad with 2 oz of chicken for lunch. Is this typical or am I eating too much?

thanks,

Johanna
