Entering The Estrogen Zone

I was at the surgeons office for an entire day to prep for my surgery on april 10th. I was the only guy in the classes all day. All the followup people were women as well. Not saying it was a bad thing being the only guy :P , but not what I expected. It was a fun day with a couple of nurses, accountants, and a couple of teachers prepping for surgery. I would defend men in general when the male bashing started but overall it was an interesting experience. I look forward to the post op support meetings :D .

It's mostly women where I live, too. Probably in a room of 50 people for the support group meeting, 4 or 5 of them are guys. That's not counting the ones that are there to support their wives though. There's even two couples where both of them had the surgery. I did have one guy who had surgery (he had lapband, though) the same day I had mine. We catch up whenever we see each other at the hospital. ;)
