Hi Elisa,

So, who did the painless puncture...Dr Dan? Dr Geiss (the game show host) or Melanie to beautiful PA?

LOL, the game show host! I love it. One was done by Dr. Geiss, two was done by the male PA and three was done by Melanie. I go back in early Sept. for a check. Who did yours?

I'm at 80% now, so....here's the list

1. The two hot PA's fought over who was the lucky one to see me shirtless, Melanie wound up getting to inject the saline.

2. The steady hand of Dr Dan.

3. The dart throwing practice of Dr Powers.

4. This thursday it looks like Melanie gets the honors of a half naked me for Breakfast.

Oh my, what a treat for Melanie. I bet she's counting the days until she can feast on your half naked body. LOL. Hey, she's single... you never know.

Just have to tell a story I had my port repaired and the medical student assisted the surgeon (stupidly said something about the needle I was under sedation but awake) he goes oh my God that needle is so big imagine that thing going in You. then the surgeon says to the anestheisiologist is she awake I closed my eyes she says no. I wassss awake and pissed lesson learned people talk people make comments it is a large needle don't why they need it so big either but thats what they use it doesn't hurt though until they can't find the port then they poke around aimlessley.

You know you ladies here are used to big guys, but these poor hopeless women in Dr Geiss' office are all so skinny, with their skinny husbands...they stand no chance when they see me strutting about half nekkid.

My wife gets really jealous when she notices i'm putting on special Big Dog boxers for my appointments...she scolds me and says she hopes Dr Dan likes my boxers choice.

Well, if you go all out with the special Big Dogs boxers, I'm 100% certain they forget all about their husbands. LOL. How many fills did it take for you to get "proper" restriction? I go back the first week in Sept. and think I need maybe another 0.5 cc or so.

Thursday I go in again for another fill...still no restriction, no foaming, no sliming, no dancing no weight loss no hair loss...you name it I dont have it.

I started increasing my eating habits when I had no restriction and went recently for a fill...well I gained weight and felt like an ass. I didn't have surgry to gain weight, I could have done that without the extra holes. So I went back on strict weighed food calorie counting logging all the food I stick in my yap and see where that gets me.

When were you banded? It's hard not to gain when you feel no restriction. When I went for my first fill, I was up a pound and didn't get restriction until fill #3. Documenting what you're eating definitely helps. I'll keep my fingers crossed that Thursday's fill does the trick for you.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
