Gas Pain After Gastric Sleeve Surgery

I'm almost 5 weeks out post-op and for the last 3 days I've been having really bad pain in my left abdomen area. I'm pretty sure it's gas pain, but it is horrible. I tried gas x and pepto and I don't feel any relief. Did anybody have this problem and can help me out?
