Anyone here have Health Net through Medi-Cal??

High all!! I'm looking for anyone with any experiences with Health Net through Medi-Cal or just Health Net in general?? I am in the process of trying to get approved for the sleeve but I would really love to gain some more insight on what Health Net's specific requirements are as I am trying really hard to get approved on the first try. I'm sure I fit the criteria-265 lbs, bmi of 46, high cholesterol and triglycerides, early on set of diabetes and possible sleep apnea. The one big thing is,I have been overweight since 10 and dieting on and off since 13 BUT I have never been on a medically supervised diet until now!! And while I know that I am telling the truth about trying to lose the weight in the past they don't!! Insight plz?? TIA

Hello! I am interested in hearing how your experience has been with HealthNet. I am contemplating which MediCal program to sign up for and HealthNet is an option. What was the process like for you? Any tips?

Thanks!

I got assigned Molina and haven't tried to move forward toward a surgery at this time. But I'm still interested in learning more about the process.
