    Thanks for responding! Wow, I posted that back in October 2011! I have now been at my goal weight for 6 months (blogged about it each week for a year at www.queenofcrop.com and no longer use protein supplements. (Although I probably should!). I'll check out the site. Hope you're doing OK too. Do you live in Amsterdam?
