My son is in the military and owns a supplement store and he recently introduced me to the best Protein shakes ever. It is called Lean Dessert. The flavor I love is called Fresh Cinnamon Roll. Oh my goodness is is great! You can also use the Protein powder mixed with a little Water and make the best pancakes. Just mix and pour on a griddle. Yummmy. they also have vanilla and chocolate fudge pudding. delish
