SPIDER SLEEVE SURGERY - INSURANCE (MEDICAL MEDICARE COMBINED)

Hi, I am 21 and weight 230 (South California) and very interested on the spider sleeve surgery . I call a doctor's office regarding insurance and they told me that MEDICAL AND MEDICARE COMBINED insurance can cover my surgery. Does anyone know how this works? thank you. gotesua
