No, it's just teen talk for 'that's just so obvious, ya know, ya know' No harm meant.

I had this twice and stopped eating and taking my Vitamins too close to bedtime. I moved my vitamins to after bfast and lunch and no longer eat anything an hour before bedtime. No problems ever since... The two times it happened to me were awful - I had never experienced it before and then I couldn't stop coughing either.... Hope this helps :)

Most beef is high in fat, including the ground beef you most likely had in your taco filling. Your stomach produces extra acid to aid in digestion and the acid was not inhibited enough by PPI, I assume you have been given. Also, not sure if this is the case, it could be there was a lot of pressure due to food, on the Cardiac Sphincter. Read more here.

I use ground turkey in my taco filling. 93/7.

I also eat dinner around 6 and go to bed around 9, so there is a lot of time inbetween eating and laying down. I just think it was the spicyness of the food and salsa. It hasn't happened since, but I haven't eaten anything like that since.

Thanks.

Kelly :D

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
