Sams Choice Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Recommended Posts

Have you seen these Sam's Choice Stuffed chicken Breasts at Walmart? They come 2 in a pkg and have flavors like 3 cheese and jalepeno, pepperjack and swiss-american cheeses bacon, swiss cheese, crimini & button mushrooms. They are 34-37 grams of Protein and 3-4 grams carb for 1 piece. I can make 2 meals out of 1 breast but they are tastey to me while others in my house were indulging in pizza. I did not feel deprived and went down well for me. They weren't dry. Just wanted to share this!

What is the fat on them? I guess if you are only eating 1/2 a breast not much, ha? I'll have to try them, thanks!

Sounds good--thanks-- I've been hunting other things than my usual shrimp (believe it or not, finally getting tired of it!) and Peanut Butter. I had a bad experience with chicken earlier, but these sound good.

Fat grams is 9 for 1 breast. The jalapeno was a lil spicy so i mixed hidden valley ranch in greek yogurt to dip it in too. Moistens it up a bit more and cools the hot/spicy somewhat.

These sound really good and under my surgeon's 10 grams of fat per serving rule. The ranch dressing mix in greek yogurt sounds GREAT, I love that idea! Thanks so much for sharing.

I used to buy these years ago for hubby and I but forgot about them when I started doing most of our shopping at the Mega-HEB when it came to town. They are SO GOOD. Thanks for the reminder, I will be picking some up tomorrow! :)

These sound awesome! Thanks for sharing! Are these in the freezer section or the refrigerated meat/chicken section?

At my local Walmart they were in long open top freezers not the glass ones with doors. I think there was another brand of stuffed chicken breasts like cordon bleu but the Sams choice looked better!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
