Just said yes to couple's retreat in August

II know we all lose weight differently but was trying to see what my chances are to drop another 4 sizes by August. I just FINALLY fit into a size smaller this week (22W) after losing almost 40 lbs and would love to be in a 16W by then. I am now 292 and 6 feet tall if that makes a difference.

So I wanted to see what everyone's average was 3 months after the initial month post-op?

Also, I would love to know what your exercise routine (if any) was after the 1st month? I am going to my doc in the morn and am gonna ask if I can do some light cardio or something to keep my loss moving. I feel like I am ready to do more than the 2 hours a day I am walking. Any input would be greatly appreciated and Happy Easter everyone! :)
