When I hit 100 pounds lost (which seems like it is taking forever), I am getting a Tummy Tuck and boob job. DH told me even if insurance denies, I can still go ahead with it. Cross your fingers-I am planning on September !!!!!

For years I always said that I wanted to go to Greece. So when I started with this I said to myself that I would go when I reach 100lbs lost. I'm already 1/2 way there I reach 50lbs this past week. So I'm actually excited maybe by next year I would be in one of the greek beaches with a greek man right next to me. Its kind of a little expensive idea but Well I got to treat myself somehow, working two jobs got to the gym 5 times a week. I'm tired. So that's my little motivation.

Diane you are so crazy. I live close to the ocean and my hubby works for a large oil firm, let me see if I can get him to see if he can swing one of the oil rigs to bar b q for us in the ocean and honey they have helicopters to fly us back and forth with and my ex has a motor home that looks like that so let me ask his wife if we can use it to pick everyone up with and we will have it made in the shade.

WHen I hit my first goal...having the proceedure done in the first place...I bought myself a pair of expensive shoes I'd been eyeing for a while.

After I met my first weight goal, I bought myself a flat panel TV!

When I meet my second goal (in about 18 lbs), I'm going on a $500 shopping spree for new clothes (and having a tag sale for the stuff that's too big for me.

When I meet my final goal, I am going to spend money hiring a trainer to help me train for the NYC marathon...my goal is to run it in 2008!

Funny - yep, I believe that place is in Figi. Wouldn't that be a place to die for?!? I would be in heaven.

Wheetsin - If you really go to Figi, I'm so jealous!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so there's no BBQ. But, we can dream!!! ;)

Now, about that reward...... I'm still thinking about it. You guys have some great ideas here. I still wish I had started a money jar a year ago!

We want to take the whole family on a holiday to Fiji next year for my 40th - its pretty cheap and easy to access from Australia. A few weeks on a tropical island, bliss.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
