Sigh even at my heaviest I didn't have big boobs. I now have the chest of a tween I bought tops that are large juniors.

I'm with YOU! I was up to a 40 DD :(...I'm finally my original size from over 20 years ago a 36 C and I couldn't be happier YAYYYYY!

I totally agree with this. I think it makes a big difference when the tummy shrinks, it makes the boobs look bigger. I'm not hating my look - but I do still want to fill them out more someday! B)

This seriously interests me as I've been a DDD almost my entire adult life and would like them to shrink down a tad! If they deflate, I'll use them as knee warmers when sitting, bellybutton covers when standing, at least at home when not wearing a bra. Actually, not a big change for me! I'm about sick of them looking like two oranges in a pair of tube socks when I bend over though. <_<

You had me howling with this one. I was never big but these days mine look like knee high stockings with a small handfull of sand.

Many years ago, my aunt lost 100+ pounds with weight watchers (of course, she has gained it all back plus a few more). She said her bra size went from a size 46DDD to a 36 LONG!!

I was never big to begin with but before surgery, I wore a 40 C. Now I wear

a 34 A which is normally too big in the cup. The AA ones are for little kids

and basically have no material on the sides so stick to the A cup. I hate it.

I'd love to have boobs but I don't want surgery. I asked my plastic surgeon when I had my face lift, and he said I would totally lose nipple sensation. I don't want that!

Wow I never realized that getting new boobs would make you lose all nipple sensation...wonder if that happens if you just have them rehung...

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
