I send out prayers and blessings to you all. I am so so happy today. I am at 220.. I havent seen 220 in so long I just don't know what to do with myself.. I went back on partial Fluid diet because I had a hard time getting protien in at all. I took 4 bites and was ready to barf.. I went to the natural Health store (Sprouts) and bought my protien mix that is plant base called Raw Fit.. I get 28grams per scoop.. It taste awesome. and it don't give me the runs.. I also take Supergreens shakes twice a day.. This stuff is just awesome.. I have 3 total shakes a day that gives me 10-18 servings of fruits and vegs. plus all of my viatimins' date=' and Protein per day..Then I would have a half of a piece of meat about 2ounces for dinner..Thats all I can eat because I be so full.. Before I was at a stall till I started drinking greens. I love my meat so I won't be going 100% vegan no time soon, but they are on to something great because I have so much more energy,my skin looks great, I feel wonderful and the scale is moving again.. Thank Ya! I pray that this was a blessing to someone..[/quote']

I drink greens daily anyway been doing that a year now. It does give you the daily recommended fruit and vegetable serving. I think it's the only way I'm able to keep functioning!!! I will be sleeved Nov. 25........congrats and continued success!!

I am scheduled to be sleeved Wednesday 10/30. Of course I kept my sick niece on Tuesday of last week and caught her cold. I feel terrible right now, I can't take any medicine with acetaminophen in it either because pre-op you have to stop taking anything that will thin the blood. I found a medicine that has none but it's not strong like the other Med's. I am praying. Feel better by Wednesday would hate to feel like this and have surgery pain in recovery. No Pre-Op diet with my surgeon so I'm drinking lots of OJ, Hot Totties, and resting up. I am so excited about being sleeved I can barely contain myself...Lol! I'm getting micro braids on Monday so not to have to deal with my hair, not going to do any relaxers for at least 8 months if I can help it, I don't want to lose my hair.

It's the NSAIDs like aleve and ibuprofen that can contribute to blood issues.

Thanks for your response. Glad to hear from someone who started out near my weight and hear I will be successful after all with time. I decided 170 would be my goal. Are you at goal? How long did it take you to reach your current weight? What was your exercise routine?

My walk 3 days a week.....my goal was 155. But I'm overly comfortable where I am now. It took me five months.....

Well guys..in less than 12 hours I will be getting sleeved..I'm excited, nervous and a bit anxious. My surgery is a double procedure..I have to have a large mass removed as well so I have to have an incision at my bikini line,,a large one ta boot, so I think my nerves a little crazy because of that part. Oh well God has me so all will be fine. Guess I'll gulp down some more liquids before midnight. Goodnight guys!!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
