Been awhile since I checked in here

Hey everyone sorry it's bin awhile since iv bin on, my surgery was sept 23/2010 nd I went in at 200 and now I'm 175 I feel great people have been starting to notice nd so have I, I can't eat much but I don't care I love it u really realize how much u ate before surgery. I don't know if anyone can relate to this but I often get this feeling in my throat maybe I little more further down it's hard to describe it's fizzy achy burning feeling feels as if you can throw up when u get that feeling my mouth sometimes even gets watery when that feeling comes, when it does I breath and it goes away but I wanna know what it is. I hole iv list what's recommended at 2 months and week out, I'm excited to loose more seems like the weight loosing is in spouts it will quit then come off again stop then start loading again etc. Anyway hope everyone Is doing good
