PCP or surgeon in LA/ San Fernando Valley area for follow-up??

Hi!

I am dead set on having my surgery in Mexico, but want to get all of my ducks in a row before going. IN CASE something goes wrong, does anyone know of a good bariatric surgeon or even PCP in the SF Valley area or LA area?:( I just want someone who knows what they're doing IN CASE some catastrophe happens.
