How long use the abdominal "binder"? Post-op 5 days...

I'm 5-days post-op and doing very well. They sent me home with an abdominal binder that holds everything together and makes me have good posture.

My question is this: how long am I supposed to use the binder? Is it something that I'm supposed to get off as quickly as possible, or is it something I need to keep on for "at least" X days?
