1 Year today.

Hello everyone. My name is Angela and a year ago today I changed my life. I had the sleeve. As of today I have lost a total 74 pounds. I reached my initial goal of 150 about a month ago and now I am 146. My 2nd goal is 140 and I am only 6 pounds away! I am not sure how low I want to get but as of now it's still not a problem to lose. I have not started any exercise regimen this whole time I just eat well when I can and get out more. This surgery has been a complete success for me and I have had no complications. I do not post on here very much but I do linger from time to time for those with questions. Now for some picture whoring!

I've used this one before I don't have much for before.

I guess this is my "official" 1 year picture!

I'm totally straight, so please don't take this in the wrong way, but you remind me of Bettie Page. Gorgeous! :lol0:

Sorry for the super late reply, Thank you! I love Bettie and the 40'-50's hair and look.

First of all you look amazing! I can't believe you got so lucky with your arms, I was going to ask about your workout routine.

Even with the surgery, you should be very proud of yourself. It's nice to see that you can get lower and continue to lose or maintain that it seems it's kind about the way one continues to eat and excerise still.

You vixen you!!! You look so amazing. I love hearing how people are doing at a year or more out. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous pics!!!

Lol, thanks, no my arms are there! They are pretty flabby! My weight was/is concentrated in my boobs, butt, tummy,& thighs, my arms got chunky but never really big so they didn't have as much to lose as he rest of me :D I really seem to keep losing just fine, its kinda crazy, I'm getting to my 2nd goal of 140 pretty quickly. I do have to say I do get more hungry then I used to. But I keep myself in check as much as I can. I never deprive myself I eat like crap sometimes but I get back on track quickly. That's the beauty of the sleeve it gives you the choice to eat what you want and the option to change you decision if needed for the next time. Thanks for posting
