What will my guest's trip to Star Medica Hospital while in Juarez, Mexico be like?

So my date got moved up so now I will be getting my super sleeve July 12, 2010 at Star Medica Hospital with Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Juarez, Mexico. My sister is coming with me and I was wondering is there anything I need to tell her to bring? Will she be bored out of her mind? Will they bring her food? Will she need money to buy food there? Will she need to leave to get food? Will she have a bed and all the bedding she will need? Can we drink the water or take a shower there?
